GUCAMOLE 
2 lg. avocados, seeded, peeled & cut up
1/2 sm. onion, cut up
1/2 c. Old Paso tomatoes & green chilies or taco sauce
1 tbsp. lemon or lime juice
3/4 tsp. salt

For add interest as a dip, stir in a chopped tomato.

In blender container, place avocados, onion, tomatoes and green chilies or taco sauce, lemon or lime juice and salt. Cover and blend until smooth. Use as a taco or tostado topping or as a dip with broken taco or tostado shells. Makes about 2 cups.
