SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE 
5 med. sweet potatoes, cooked
1 c. sugar (I use brown sugar)
3 egg yolks
1 stick butter
1 c. sweet milk
3 tbsp. bourbon
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix all together; beat well. Pour into baking dish. Top with either marshmallows or other topping. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.

OTHER TOPPING:

1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1/4 c. all-purpose flour
2 1/2 tbsp. melted butter
1/2 c. pecans, chopped

Combine all ingredients; cover top.
