ANGEL CAKE DESSERT 
1 pt. milk
2 egg yolks
1 c. sugar
Dash salt

Make a custard out of the above.

2 tbsp. gelatin
2 egg whites, beaten
1 pt. whipping cream, whipped
1 angel food cake
1 can fruit cocktail, drained

Soak the gelatin in a small amount of cold water. Add to the custard and cool. When cool, add the beaten egg whites and whipping cream. Fold in the fruit cocktail. Break up the angel food cake into small pieces and pour the fruit mixture over the cake. Put in refrigerator until set.
