STEVE'S DELIGHTS 
1 lb. breakfast sausage (any kind)
2 (8 oz. ea.) pkgs. cream cheese
1 can refrigerator biscuits (Pillsbury)

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Brown breakfast sausage in a pan; drain. Place cream cheese in a microwave safe bowl; microwave for 2 minutes or until soft.

Place biscuits on a greased baking pan.

Mix softened cream cheese and breakfast sausage together, then add a large spoonful on top of each biscuit. Pinch each biscuit closed around the mixture.

Bake at 350°F for 15 to 20 minutes or until biscuit is golden brown.
