SEAFOOD SALAD 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Louis Kemp crab delights
1/2 c. sliced celery
1/3 c. Kraft real mayonnaise
2 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
2 tbsp. sliced green onion
2 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
Lettuce leaves

Cut seafood in half or shred. Mix with celery, mayonnaise, eggs, onion, juice and mustard. Serve on lettuce-lined plates. Makes 4 servings.
