NAVY BEAN SOUP | |
Soak 1 pound Navy beans overnight. Drain. Add 1 bay leaf, 1 teaspoon thyme, 1 teaspoon basil, 1 teaspoon rosemary, 1 clove garlic, 1 chopped onion, 1 tablespoon vegetable bouillon, 2 thin sliced carrots. Cover with clear water. Bring to boil. Turn to low, simmer 1 1/2 hours. Add more water as needed. |
