MUSHROOM AND SCALLION SALAD 
2 lbs. mushrooms
1 lb. Swiss cheese, sliced and cubed
2 tbsp. sugar
4 bunches scallions
1 c. vegetable oil
1/2 c. red wine vinegar
6 tsp. Cavendar seasoning

Clean and slice mushrooms and scallions. Cube Swiss cheese and toss with mushrooms and scallions. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over salad immediately before serving.
