MY SPECIAL SEAFOOD ENTREE 
1 lb. haddock or scrod fillets
1/3 lb. sm. sea scallops
1/3 lb. cooked med. shrimp
2 lobster tails, cooked and shelled
Milk, seasoned with a little salt
10-12 Ritz crackers, crushed
6-8 tbsp. butter, melted
Wine (optional)

Dip fish fillets in lightly salted milk mixture and then in cracker crumbs. Arrange in greased 8x8 inch baking dish. Dip scallops in milk mixture and arrange around fish. Garnish with cooked shrimp and lobster. Pour melted butter over all. Sprinkle with remaining Ritz crumbs and wine if desired. Bake at 525 degrees for 10 minutes on top shelf of oven.
