ZIPPY CRISP CHICKEN BAKE 
1 (2 1/2 - 3 lb.) chicken, cut up, skinned
3/4 c. salad dressing or mayonnaise
1 c. corn flake crumbs
1/2 c. (2 oz.) Parmesan cheese
Dash salt and pepper

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Brush chicken with dressing. Coat with combined crumbs and cheese. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Place in 13x9 inch baking dish. Bake 1 hour. Makes 3-4 servings.
