MUSHROOM POTATO LOAF 
16 crackers
5 med. raw potatoes
1 c. nuts
1 sm. can mushrooms
1 lg. carrot
2 med. onions
1 tbsp. parsley flakes
1/4 tsp. sage
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. Accent
3 eggs
1 tbsp. oil

Put crackers, potatoes, nuts, mushrooms, carrot and onions through a food grinder. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well. Bake in a greased dish at 375 degrees for 1 hour. Serve with brown or mushroom gravy.
