BLINTZES (CREPE) | |
12 frozen blintzes 6 eggs, well beaten 1/4 c. melted butter 2 c. sour cream 1/4 c. sugar Put blintzes in bottom of 9x13x2 inch casserole dish. Mix the eggs, butter, sour cream and sugar. Pour over the blintzes; cover and refrigerate. Let it stand 1 hour at room temperature before baking. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 to 1 1/4 hours or until brown. |
