CHILE RELLENO CASSEROLE 
1/2 c. butter
1 lb. Cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese (grated)
3 eggs
2 c. milk
1 can green chile (7 oz.)
3/4 tsp. salt
1 c. Bisquick

Melt butter, pour into 13x9 baking pan. Arrange cheese on bottom of pan.

In blender mix eggs, milk, salt and Bisquick. (Mixture will be thin.) Pour over cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes or until golden brown.
