A HEALTHY SNACK | |
1 c. chunky peanut butter 2/3 c. honey 1/2 c. powdered milk 16 graham crackers, crushed fine or 1 1/4 cups crumbs Combine peanut butter, honey, and dry milk, stir until blended well. Add cracker crumbs, stir well. Grease hands, roll mixture into ping-pong size balls or smaller if desired. Then roll in either shredded coconut or wheat germ. Best if kept refrigerated. |
