ONION POUFF 
6 eggs for separated
1/3 c. oil
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/3 c. matzah meal
2 c. finely chopped onions

Beat yolks until creamy. Add onions, oil, salt, pepper and matzah meal. Mix well. Beat whites until stiff, fold into onion mixture. Pour into an oiled 2 quart casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
