BROKEN GLASS SALAD 
4 pkg. Jello, orange, lime, lemon and strawberry
1 c. unsweetened pineapple juice
1 lg. container Cool Whip

Dissolve these three flavors - lime, orange and strawberry in shallow Pyrex plates, separately using 1 cup hot water then 1/2 cup cold water each. Let congeal hard, then cut crosswise in 1/4 inch pieces. Keep congealed.

Pour 1 cup unsweetened pineapple juice in a saucepan. Heat until 1/4 cup sugar dissolves. Stir, then add lemon Jello. Stir until it dissolves. Then add 1/2 cup cold water. Pour in a bowl and put in refrigerator until roper like the white of an egg.

Empty Cool Whip in a large mixing bowl. Then add ropey mixture. Mix well. Then add the 3 Jellos, orange, lime and strawberry. When well mixed, pour into container. Set in refrigerator about 5 hours or until mixture is congealed firmly.

Slice and serve on pound cake as a dessert or serve on lettuce as a salad. Will keep 1 week in refrigerator.
