BROKEN GLASS PIE | |
3 (3 oz.) pkgs. Jello (1 each), orange, cherry & lime 3 cups boiling water 2 cups cold water 1 cup pineapple juice 1/4 cup sugar 1 pkg. lemon Jello 3 graham cracker crusts 1 bowl Cool Whip Prepare each color/flavor of Jello separately, using 1 cup hot water, plus 1/2 cup cold water for each. Pour into separate pans pans and chill. Combine pineapple juice and sugar, heat until sugar has dissolved; remove from heat. Add lemon Jello and 1/2 cup cold water. Chill until slightly gelled. Cut all of the colors of Jello into squares, fold in Cool Whip and refrigerate until ready to serve. |
