MANICOTTI 
1 lb. ground beef
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1 c. creamed or sm. curd cottage cheese
1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. salad dressing (mayonnaise)
8 manicotti shells, cooked, drained and rinsed in cold water
1 (16 oz.) jar prepared spaghetti sauce
1/2 tsp. dried oregano leaves
Parmesan cheese

Brown beef and garlic; drain fat. Mix cottage cheese, Mozzarella cheese, salt and mayonnaise in a bowl; stir in beef. Fill each manicotti shell with the cheese-meat filling.

Place in baking dish. Cover with spaghetti sauce. Sprinkle with oregano and Parmesan cheese. Cover with foil. Bake in 350 degree oven for 15 minutes. Remove foil; bake 20 minutes longer. Serves 4.
