CHICKEN AND RICE CASSEROLE 
1/4 c. butter, melted
1 bag (boil in bags) rice, uncooked
4 chicken breasts, skinned
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 3/4 soup cans of water
1/2 pkg. dry onion soup mix
Salt & pepper to taste

Cook, debone and chop chicken. Melt butter in casserole. Put rice over melted butter. Place chicken on top of rice. Mix chicken soup and water. Pour over chicken and rice. Sprinkle with dry soup mix, salt and pepper. Cover and bake at 400 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes to 1 hour and 30 minutes.
