8 med. potatoes, thinly sliced
1 lg. tomato, thinly sliced
1 green pepper, thinly sliced
1 hot pepper, thinly sliced
1 onion, thinly sliced
1 c. sour cream
1 tsp. mustard
1 tsp. salt

Mix the following together, 1 cup sour cream, 1 teaspoon mustard, 1 teaspoon salt. In a large well greased baking dish place a layer of potatoes, a layer of tomatoes, a layer of pepper, a layer of onions.

Spread 1/2 of the sour cream mixture over layers. Repeat the layers and then top with a thin layer of potatoes and remaining sour cream mixture. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
