LAYERED SALAD 
10 oz. pkg. frozen peas, partially thawed
2 c. sliced carrot coins
2 c. sliced celery
1 med. red onion, diced
1 head lettuce, shredded
6 green onions, chopped
1/2 head cauliflower, cut up small
2 bags radishes, sliced
1/2 lb. bacon, cooked

TOPPING:

1 1/2 c. mayonnaise, not Miracle Whip
2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
1-2 tbsp. sugar

Layer all salad ingredients in large bowl. Mix together all topping ingredients and spread over the top of the salad. Sprinkle on crumbled bacon. Let set at least 12 hours. Toss and serve.
