ATLANTA BAR-B-QUE 
5 lb. beef roast (round, English cut, etc.)
15 oz. can tomato sauce
2/3 c. mustard
1 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c. cider vinegar
2 tbsp. red hot sauce (not Tabasco)
1 or 2 tbsp. instant minced onion

Trim fat from meat. Place in greased large pan. Combine remaining ingredients. Pour over meat. Bake at 325 degrees uncovered for 2 hours. Cover and bake 2 hours longer. Shred meat and stir into sauce. Serve on buns.
