LAZY GALUMPKI 
1 med. size cabbage, shredded
1 1/2 lb. hamburger
1 Jimmy Dean sausage (mild or hot)
1 1/4 c. rice, uncooked
1 sm. onion, chopped fine
2-3 cans tomato soup

Shred the cabbage and put aside. Fry hamburger, sausage and onion together until meat is done. Drain excess fat. Mix raw rice into hamburger mixture and fry for a few more minutes until well blended.

Put a layer of cabbage (1/2) into pan and pour 1 can soup and 1 can of water blended over the cabbage. Put in all the hamburger mixture on top as a second layer, then next layer of cabbage. Put 1-2 cans soup blended with 1 1/2 to 2 cans of water over top layer of cabbage. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
