3 lb. ricotta cheese
18 eggs
1 c. milk
1 tsp. cinnamon
4 shots Galliano
1-1 1/2 c. sugar (your preference)
1 (4 oz.) bar German chocolate or less, optional

Beat eggs 15 minutes (should be fluffy). Beat cheese separately, then add the milk and beat until creamy, about 20 minutes. Add remaining ingredients. Butter baking pan. A 10 inch springform pan can be used. Bake at 350 degrees for about 1 hour and 15 minutes.
