HUNGARIAN GOULASH 
1 c. chopped onions
2 tbsp. shortening
1 lb. hamburger
1 1/2 c. chopped celery
8 oz. pkg. macaroni, cooked
1 can cream of tomato soup
1/2 c. chili sauce
1 can (20 oz.) red kidney beans

Brown onion in hot fat in skillet. Add hamburger and brown lightly. Add chopped celery and simmer until tender. Drain macaroni. Add tomato soup, diluted according to directions on can, chili sauce and hamburger mixture. Stir in red kidney beans. Place in buttered 2 quart casserole. If desired, buttered crumbs may be on top. Bake at 350 degree oven 30 minutes. Makes 8 servings.
