HOT OLIVE CHEESE PUFFS 
3 tbsp. soft butter
1/2 c. flour, sifted
1/4 tsp. salt
2 1/2 doz. med. stuffed olives
1 c. sharp cheese, grated
1/2 tsp. paprika or cayenne pepper

Blend butter and cheese. Mix in flour, paprika and salt. Shape about 1 teaspoon dough around each olive. Bake at 400 degrees on ungreased sheet for 10 to 15 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm. Can be made ahead of time and frozen uncooked.
