HOT PEPPER JELLY 
3/4 c. finely ground green pepper
3/4 c. finely ground hot pepper, red chili or jalapeno
6 oz. bottle Certo
1 1/4 c. apple cider vinegar
6 1/2 c. sugar
A few drops food coloring

Combine pepper, vinegar and sugar and bring to rolling boil. Add Certo and bring to a boil for about 3 to 4 minutes. Add a few drops of food coloring. Take off stove and continue to stir for several minutes. Seal in jar.
