BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
4 c. frozen hash browns, thawed
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 c. milk
1 pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. shredded Jack cheese
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli, cooked, drained and cut in chunks
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1/4 c. melted butter

In saucepan melt 2 tablespoons butter; blend in flour, salt and pepper. Add milk; cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until bubbly (be careful not to scald milk). Add cheese and stir until melted. Stir in potatoes.

Put 1/2 of mixture in bottom of 9 x 12 inch dish. Cover with broccoli, then with remainder of mixture. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Uncover, sprinkle with crumbs, then with the melted butter. Bake uncovered 10 minutes longer. Enjoy!!
