PEPPER STEAK 
2 lb. sirloin steak
1 stick butter
Dash of garlic
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 green peppers, sliced
1 c. stewed tomatoes
1 beef bouillon cube
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 c. water
3 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt

Brown beef in butter. Remove the meat and add onion and pepper and saute them. Return beef and add tomatoes and bouillon cube.

Mix water, cornstarch, soy sauce, sugar and salt in small bowl. Stir into mixture. Cook until blended. Serve over rice or mashed potatoes.
