MARIE'S CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
3 whole chicken breasts, split, boned, skinned
2 tbsp. oil
2 tbsp. butter
2-3 cloves garlic, minced
6 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 can chili con carne (no beans)
2 sm. cans green chili salsa
1 can black olives, sliced
6 green onions, chopped
Shredded sharp Cheddar cheese

Cut chicken into cubes. Saute garlic in oil and butter in large skillet. Add chicken to skillet and cook until done; drain.

Place all ingredients in large bowl, except shredded cheese; mix well. Pour into large casserole. Top with shredded Cheddar cheese. Bake, uncovered, for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
