4 1/2 c. sugar
1 (15 oz.) can evaporated milk
1/2 lb. butter or 1/4 butter, 1/4 butter
24 oz. pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
2 c. nutmeats, chopped

In large pan combine sugar and milk. Heat to rolling boil and boil 6 minutes, stirring constantly. Take off heat, add butter, chocolate chips, and stir until well blended. Add vanilla and nuts.

Pour into 9 x 13 pan and chill in refrigerator until set. Candy will not sugar.
