CHOW MEIN 
1 lb. cubed veal or add cooked chicken later
1 c. chopped onion
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. chopped bell peppers
1 can chinese vegetables
1 can water chestnuts, drained
1 can bean sprouts
3 tbsp. cornstarch
3 tbsp. soy sauce
3 tbsp. molasses

Flour and saute veal. Add onion, celery, bell peppers, saute. Cook until tender. Add vegetables. Add cornstarch, soy sauce and molasses. Heat until thick. Serve over rice topped with chinese noodles.
