FRIED ICE CREAM 
Soften ice cream in the refrigerator until it can be rolled into 2 inch to 3 inch balls. Crush cornflakes and add cinnamon to taste. Roll ice cream balls in cornflake mixture, cover and freeze. When ready to serve, drop ice cream into HOT grease for 1-2 seconds. Serve immediately with honey or whipped cream.
