FRIED ICE CREAM 
1 c. Kellogg's prepared corn flake crumbs
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
Vanilla ice cream

Take one scoop of ice cream and form into ball. Make as many as needed. Put balls into freezer until hard.

Mix crumbs, sugar and cinnamon together. Roll ice cream balls in mixture pressing into ice cream.

Have deep fryer ready with Crisco oil as hot as you would for French fries. Put ice cream ball on slotted spoon and dip down in oil and right back out. Blot bottom of spoon lightly on paper towel, then put ball in a sherbet dish. Top with whipped cream and cherry and serve.
