1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. firmly packed brown sugar
3 eggs
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 pkg. semi-sweet chocolate pieces
1 c. corn meal
1 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder
1 c. milk

Beat sugars and butter until light and fluffy. Sift flour and dry ingredients. Add milk and flour alternately in 2 additions each. Mix well after each addition. Stir in chocolate pieces. Pour into well greased 9 x 13 x 2 inch pan and bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes. Drizzle with confectioners' sugar.
