AUNTIE LELA'S TURKEY CASSEROLE 
5-6 c. cooked turkey, cubed (or cooked chicken breasts)
1 (5 oz.) pkg. MJB Brown and Wild Rice with seasoning
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. chopped celery
1/4 - 1/2 c. chopped onion
1 can water chestnuts, chopped

Mix all ingredients together. Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes. I usually bake half of mixture and freeze half.
