CHEDDAR BROCCOLI CHICKEN 
6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Vegetable oil
1 can cream of broccoli soup
1/2 c. milk
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese (save some for garnish)

Brown chicken breasts in small amount of hot oil. Drain off excess oil. Combine soup and milk. Pour over chicken. Bring to boil. Cover and cook over low heat 10-12 minutes until chicken is cooked. Remove chicken, keep warm. Add cheese to sauce until melted. Pour sauce over chicken. Sprinkle rest of cheese over all. Serve with hot cooked pasta. Serves 6.
