APRICOT CHICKEN 
3/4 c. apricot preserves
1/4 c. Russian dressing
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
1/2 pkg. onion soup mix

Mix all ingredients. Pour over 8 to 10 pieces of chicken in a glass (not a metal) pan. Cover with aluminum foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 2 hours. Uncover and bake 45 to 60 minutes more. Serve apricot sauce over rice.
