OLIVE CHEESE BALLS 
2 c. grated cheddar cheese
3-4 tbsp. butter, softened
1 c. flour
1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
1 (6 oz.) jar sm. pimiento stuffed olives, drained

Cream cheddar cheese and butter; blend in flour and cayenne pepper. Take 1 teaspoon dough and wrap around each olive. Chill or freeze until ready to bake. Bake in preheated 400 degree oven for 15 minutes. Yield: 50.
