OLIVE CHEESE BALL 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
4 c. grated sharp cheese (1 lb.)
1 (.06 oz.) sm. envelope of Italian salad dressing mix
1/4 c. chopped olives
1 tsp. each of mustard and mayonnaise
About 1/2 c. ground pecans

Combine both cheeses and blend well. Add remaining ingredients, mixing well. Shape into ball and roll in ground pecans. Chill until firm.
