NO BAKE PUMPKIN PIE FILLING | |
2 1/2 c. cooked pumpkin 2 c. milk 1 1/2 c. sugar 4 tbsp cornstarch 2 eggs 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. cloves 1/2 tsp. ginger 1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon 1/4 tsp. nutmeg 1 (10-inch) baked pie shell Combine all ingredients in heavy duty pan, consistently stirring.
