TACO CASSEROLE 
1 pkg. lg. taco shells (soft)
2 lbs. ground beef, browned well
Salt, pepper and onions to taste
(1 1/2 c. reconstituted TVP instead of beef)
2 sm. jars taco sauce (mild, hot, optional)
Tomatoes (chopped)
Lettuce (shredded)
8 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
1 c. sour cream
1 can refried beans
1 can sliced black olives

Line the bottom of a round cooking pan with 1 large taco shell. Cover with taco sauce, beef (TVP mixture), chopped tomatoes, shredded lettuce, dabs of sour cream, refried beans (dabs) and spread sliced black olives. Cover that with cheese. Repeat this for second and third layer. The fourth and last layer is top with taco sauce beef/TVP mixture and cheese. Bake at 350 degrees until bubbly.

Can be microwaved on medium high power for about 10 minutes or until heated through.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
