1 box Jiffy corn bread mix
1 box chopped broccoli (frozen)
4 eggs (or egg substitute)
1 stick butter, melted
1 c. shredded sharp cheese
1 sm. onion, chopped

Thaw broccoli and press out liquid. Melt butter and slightly saute onions. cool. Beat eggs and add all ingredients together. Pour into a greased 9 x 9 inch baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until lightly browned.
