2 c. peanut butter 1/4 lb. butter 1 lb. confectioners' sugar 3 c. Rice Krispies Mix peanut butter and butter together. Add powdered sugar; a little at a time. This can be done with an electric mixer. Add Rice Krispies and mix by hand. Shape into balls. Place on a cookie sheet in refrigerator for 1 hour or longer. Then coat with chocolate. CHOCOLATE COATING: 12 oz. bag chocolate bits 1/2 block or a little less of paraffin Melt in top of double boiler. Dip balls in chocolate and let dry. Keep refrigerated or frozen. Makes about 60 balls. |
