BUTTERED RICE 
1 c. uncooked rice (not instant)
1/4 c. butter
1 (13 3/4 oz.) can chicken broth (or make your own with bouillon)
2 tbsp. parsley
1/4 tsp. salt
Garlic powder to taste (no more than 1/4 tsp.)

Put in greased casserole. Cover and bake at 325 degrees for 35 minutes.
