CAFE DIABLO 
3 c. hot coffee
1/4 c. plus 2 tbsp. brandy
1/4 c. Triple Sec
Dash cinnamon
Whipped cream

Combine brandy and Triple Sec in saucepan. Heat mixture until hot. DO NOT BOIL. Carefully ignite and divide into 4 mugs. Add coffee, top with whipped cream. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
