PORCUPINE MEATBALLS 
1 lb. lean ground beef
1/2 c. rice
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 c. finely chopped celery
1 egg, beaten
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
4 c. tomato juice
2 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. brown sugar

Combine ground beef, rice, green pepper, celery, egg, salt and pepper in bowl and mix well. Shape into 1 1/2 inch meatballs. Place meatballs in baking dish.

Combine tomato juice, chili powder, Worcestershire sauce and brown sugar in saucepan. Simmer for 10 minutes. Pour over meatballs. Cover dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Yield: 6 servings.
