PORCUPINE MEATBALLS 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. water
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 c. uncooked rice
1/3 c. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. celery salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 can tomato sauce (15 oz.)
1 c. water
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Mix everything except last 3 ingredients. Shape into meatballs (approximately 12). Brown meatballs slowly. Place in baking dish. Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.

Mix last 3 ingredients for sauce. Bake covered, then uncover and cook 15 minutes more.
