MOCK SOUR CREAM VARIATIONS 
1 c. low fat cottage cheese
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 c. skim milk

#2:
1/4 c. low fat cottage cheese
1/4 c. nonfat plain yogurt
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1 packet Equal artificial sweetener

With either, simply put all the ingredients together in a blender and whirl them until smooth. Make enough to store in the refrigerator for use throughout the week. Enjoy all you want with no guilt at all.
