SOUR CREAM CAKE 
6 eggs
1/4 c. non-fat dry milk
2 tbsp. apple cider vinegar
5 oz. Mori-Nu Tofu
1 c. D. C. Vanilla Protein Powder
1 tbsp. artificial butter flavor
3 tbsp. almond extract
2 tbsp. vanilla
1 c. fine unprocessed bran
1 tbsp. vanilla butter nut flavor
4 apples
3 tbsp. D. C. Diet Lite Sweetener
2 tsp. baking soda

Mix all of the above in food processor. Add soda last. Pour in large cake pan sprayed with Pam. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Makes 8 large servings. Each serving equals 1 oz. protein, 1/2 fruit, daily bran, dry milk and protein powder allowance.
