BREAKFAST PIZZA 
1 (8 oz.) tube crescent rolls
1 lb. breakfast sausage
1 (4 oz.) mushrooms
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
5 eggs, well beaten
Mozzarella cheese
Cheddar cheese

Grease 12 inch pizza pan. Lay crescent rolls with points toward center in pan. Press with fingers to cover pan. Brown sausage - drain. Put everything over the rolls - then pour eggs over top. Top with cheese. Bake at 450 degrees for 20 minutes.

Very tasty! However, 20 minutes wasn't enough time to cook the center (I will give it an additional 2 or 3 next time) and also, it's very important to make sure you have a pan with raised edges! I used flat stoneware and the eggs ran into my oven. Lesson learned!

I usually mix a bag of each cheese together with the eggs, this will keep the eggs from running over the sides.

Works great if you use a cast iron skillet to bake it in the oven. No running over the sides!
